I welcome you to Dreamland Security Services, Inc. and Training Center, one of the privately-owned contract security services in the country.  Our employees provide the quality services to all of our clients.  Employees are the vital key to our ability to meet and exceed our client’s expectations of what a security officer and a security company can accomplish.  I believe that a good working relationship requires a cooperative efforts.

Management and Supervisors. Our employees are well trained professional that include active, retired law enforcement and military personnel who are the vital key to our success.  This enables Dreamland Security Services, Inc. the ability to meet and exceed our client’s exceptions.  Our management and supervisors have a combination of over 35 years of security related experience.  We are well versed in the marketing of services, employee performance evaluations, and on-site training and site inspections.  With these experiences we constantly employ the most effective management and preventive measures, to monitor, adapt, and implement various strategies to serve our client’s interest.

Security Personnel.  Each employee understands the importance of courtesy, professionalism and respect.  All employees receive additional training on patrol and arrest procedures, methods of search and seizure, accident, loss and fire prevention and control.  Basic first aid, CPR, AED (automated external defibrillators) radio procedures and codes, legal aspects of security enforcement, effective use of equipments, limitations and restrictions under the law, report writing, and emphasis is made on maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
